This Privacy Policy explains how www.talyadvisory.it, connected to the professional project TALY Advisory, processes personal data of users visiting the website and using available services, including contact forms, email, Calendly booking and the assistance chatbot.
This notice is provided under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR.
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is Dr. Safae Ismaili, project / commercial name TALY Advisory, professional base Bologna, Italy, email contact@talyadvisory.it, website www.talyadvisory.it.
Note: TALY Advisory is currently a professional project being incorporated. Company details, including VAT number, business register details, PEC, REA and complete registered office, will be updated as soon as available.
2. Personal data processed

- booking data processed through Calendly;
- technical navigation data such as IP address, browser, device, technical logs, cookies or similar technologies.
Users should not submit sensitive data, confidential business information, unnecessary financial information, access credentials or non-relevant third-party personal data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to user requests
Data sent by email, form or chatbot are processed to answer requests, provide information about TALY Advisory services and manage related communications.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject and legitimate interest.
Managing appointments through Calendly
Booking data are processed to organize calls, send confirmations and reminders, and manage changes or cancellations.

Managing the assistance chatbot
The chatbot provides general information on TALY Advisory services and helps users navigate website content. Its use is optional. Conversation content may be processed to provide a response, manage later contact, improve assistance and ensure security and proper service operation.
Chatbot conversations may be recorded and retained for up to 6 months from the interaction, unless longer retention is necessary for legal obligations, protection of rights or a specific user request.
The chatbot is operated through external technical tools, including n8n. Conversations are not used for automated decisions with legal effects or automated profiling.

Technical management and security
Technical data may be processed to ensure website operation, prevent abuse, cyberattacks, spam or unauthorized use.

5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers, such as Calendly or other technical services, may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers rely on safeguards under the GDPR.
6. Retention
- email or contact form requests: up to 12 months from the last contact;
- chatbot conversations: up to 6 months from the interaction;
- Calendly appointment data: up to 12 months;
- technical security data: for the time strictly necessary for website security;
- consent-based processing: until consent is withdrawn.
7. Providing data
Providing data is optional, but failure to provide necessary data may prevent TALY Advisory from answering requests, booking appointments or providing chatbot assistance.
8. User rights
Users may exercise GDPR rights, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent where applicable and complaint to the data protection authority.
